These placeholder terms describe how AgentCell provides hosted cellphone infrastructure, APIs, and related services. They are not legal advice and will be replaced with counsel-reviewed terms before production launch.

You own the phone, SIM, and number assigned to each cell while your subscription is active, subject to the ownership policy. Non-payment leads to suspension, a 30-day reinstatement window, and possible forfeiture.

You are responsible for 10DLC/A2P registration, TCPA compliance, STOP handling, and message content. AgentCell hosts and routes; it does not register campaigns on your behalf.
